Matshidiso Masire

FOUNDER AND CEO

Matshidiso Masire has an extensive background of accomplishments in international project management, management consulting, and programme development across the private and not-for-profit sectors. She has worked in key overseas markets to plan, direct and implement integrated programme strategies.

Her global clients include among others Motorola, Iridium, YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago, Calyx Africa, The Coca-Cola Company in Africa, The Virgin Group, The International AIDS Vaccine Initiative, Global Health Strategies and most recently The Southern Africa Development Community (SADC).

Drawing on her experiences and exposure, in early 2011, Ms. Masire established BridgingDialogue to provide advisory services to businesses and organizations developing or growing their investments in Africa.

Brian Goulden
(BSc, MSc)

Senior Advisor

Brian Goulden is a strategy and capacity building expert with over 37 years’ experience in management and consulting across various sectors. He brings to the team extensive cross – cutting, inter- disciplinary experience in designing and sustaining organisations. His experience includes organisational development and capacity-building work with ICT regulatory bodies in Botswana, Ghana, Jordan, Iran, Lesotho, Malawi, Mauritius, Namibia, South Africa, Tanzania, and Zambia.

In addition, he has experience working on organisational development and institutional change projects with Governments and public and private operators in Europe, Africa and the Middle East including the United Kingdom, China, Cyprus, Ghana, Jordan, Kenya, Malta, Nigeria, Uganda, and Qatar. In addition, Brian has extensive “hands-on” experience in capacity-building and organisational development coupled with academic study in the field.

Experienced in project management, senior management development, corporate strategy development, mentoring and coaching. Brian has worked and resided long-term in Southern Africa, West Africa, the Arabian Gulf, Europe, and East Africa.

Samukeliso Dube
(MBChB, MPH, MBA)

Senior Advisor

Samukeliso Dube (Samu) is a public health specialist with over nine years of extensive experience in advocacy in the public sector and public affairs in the private sector in various programs including policy, programming and advocacy of public health programs in Southern Africa. She has worked in the health care sector, dealing with gender and women’s health issues with organizations Oxfam UK, Action Aid International and also with the Global Campaign for Microbicides within PATH. Samu holds a degree in Medicine and Surgery, a Masters in Public Health, Tropical Medicine and Infectious Diseases and an MBA with the University of Witwatersrand with a focus on leadership.

Pauline Stella Bale

Senior Advisor

Pauline Bale is an experienced Event Conceptualiser & Manager and Certified Protocol Professional with over 25 years practical experience in the field. She has conceptualised, produced and directed a broad range of large scale high profile events for various companies in Botswana and abroad. Certified as a Corporate Etiquette and International Protocol Consultant and Trainer by the Protocol School of Washington, USA, Ms Bale id the Founder of Elite Protocol Consultatns and is considered a pioneer in her field. She has been feature on TV sharing her experrtise on protocol and effective business ettiquette.
